In this podcast an interview with Tom Adams from Futurebrand. Tom was a speaker at the Marketing Institute of Ireland's National Marketing Conference and his presentation was part of a broader day themed 'Brand Ireland'. In the interview with Tom we discuss the reasons why countries need to brand. Later in the interview we disucss the impact of country brands in various brand categories as well as the Country Brand Index and the 15 emerging country brands. In the second part of the podcast, I'm joined by Mark Brennan, co-founder of Tribal DDB Dublin where he discusses his own background in advertising, and the reasons leading to the Tribal launch in the Irish market. |
